Terms of Service

1. The service
zingcanvas.com turns a storyline you provide into a generated video: script, cast, storyboard, voice, music and final film. Generation runs on third-party AI providers; results are probabilistic and may require retries, which the product surfaces transparently.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the storylines, images, audio and knowledge files you upload, and of the films the service generates for you, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers' licenses. You are responsible for having the rights to any face, voice or brand material you upload — especially when cloning a voice or using a real person's likeness, which requires that person's consent.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create content that is illegal, deceptive about being AI-generated where disclosure is required, infringing, or harmful — including impersonation without consent, harassment, and content sexualising minors. We may refuse generation and suspend accounts for violations.
4. Costs and caps
Generation costs real money and is shown next to every action that spends it. Per-project spend caps are enforced. Charges for completed generations are non-refundable except where a platform fault produced nothing usable.
5. Availability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Model providers change; output quality and pricing may change with them.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
